A space that already has a soul.
A pop-up space to rent in Marseille: Le Faubourg opens its doors to brands, makers and photographers. A concept-store salon at 442 rue Paradis — crystal chandelier, high ceilings, a hidden patio, a window on one of the busiest streets of the 8th. And twenty years at the same address behind it.

Not a white loft, not a function room: a house.
What you usually rent is walls you then have to dress. Here the setting already exists — and it was built to feel good in, not to fill a spec sheet.
You are not renting walls.
You are renting an address.
Le Faubourg opened in 2006 and has never left number 442. In twenty years a house builds a clientele, a neighbourhood, a reputation — 4,7/5 from 59 reviews, clients who have come since day one, and a community that follows Lila daily. That is what your brand borrows for the length of a pop-up: not a floor area, a trust already built.
« The most pleasant salon in Marseille, with a lounge terrace, high ceilings and great vibes. The best of the 8th. »
Yuri & Laïka — Google review, September 2025
What already happens here.
The space suits anything that gains from being seen up close. The rest is up for discussion — the only rule is that it makes sense in a house that receives people.
Pop-up store
A beauty, jewellery, fashion or ceramics label settling in for a few days inside a place that is already alive — in front of people who came to treat themselves.
Launch & press
Present a product somewhere other than a white box rented by the hour. Here the photographs have a setting, and the setting has twenty years of history.
Shoot & film
Crystal chandelier, high ceilings, patio, southern light: the salon has already served as a set. Closed-door slots mean you can shoot in peace.
Workshop & masterclass
A brand that teaches, a maker who demonstrates, a small gathering. The place is built for sitting down and staying.
Private evening
An opening, a brand anniversary, a client evening. The patio open, the window lit on rue Paradis, and a team that knows how to host.
What the house brings.
No impersonal spec sheet: here is what actually exists. The rest — specific furniture, catering, signage — is agreed case by case, and we tell you plainly what we cannot do.

Before you call us.
What formats are possible at Le Faubourg?
A day, a weekend, a week-long pop-up, a private evening, a half-day shoot. The salon remains a salon: depending on the format we close entirely or run alongside appointments, and that changes everything — it is the first thing we settle on the phone.
Which days can be booked privately?
Closing days are simplest, and some evenings after 7pm. For a multi-day installation we look at the calendar together: the salon has its habits, its clients and its peaks — we find the window that disturbs the fewest people.
Does the space suit a brand outside beauty?
Yes. Jewellery, fashion, ceramics, perfume, artisan food: what matters is that the object shares something with the spirit of the house — chosen, handmade, worth telling. The salon’s concept store already works that way.
What does the salon provide?
The place, the street-facing window, the patio, the furniture and the team’s welcome. The rest — specific furniture, catering, signage, insurance for your equipment — is agreed case by case. We will tell you plainly what the house can and cannot do.
Will the salon promote the event?
Yes — that is the point of coming here rather than to an anonymous space: the salon’s Instagram, clients told during appointments, and twenty years of word of mouth in the 8th. The details are agreed with you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the format, the length and the day — there is no price list. Call +33 4 91 76 14 38 or message @lilafaubourg on Instagram: we visit, we talk the project through, and you leave with a clear proposal.
